Most approaches to wellness start from the outside in, telling the body what to do, when to move, how to feel. My work begins somewhere different. I start with curiosity, not correction. With your strengths, not your deficits.

As an occupational therapist with advanced training in sensory integration and brain-body science, I've seen what happens when people finally feel understood in their own bodies. That is what I'm here to create with you, not a program to follow, but a way of moving through the world that actually fits who you are.

Brain-Body Connection

Your brain and body are in constant conversation. When that connection feels noisy or unclear, even simple things can feel harder than they should. My work helps you tune into that dialogue with more clarity, so movement stops feeling like a struggle and starts feeling like information.

Sensory Integration

We take in the world through our senses, and when that process is out of sync, it affects everything from focus and coordination to energy and overwhelm. I'm trained in sensory integration therapy to help you understand how your sensory system works, and how to work with it instead of against it.

Nervous System Regulation

A regulated nervous system is the foundation for everything, from how you sleep, to how you handle stress, to how present you feel in your own life. I help you develop real, embodied tools to come back to baseline when life pulls you out of it, not just techniques to try, but a felt sense of safety in your own body.

Most wellness spaces focus on what is wrong. I do the opposite. Every session, every conversation, every plan we build together begins from what is already working in you. Your patterns, your instincts, your way of being in the world are not problems to fix. They are the foundation we build everything on.
